Finders Service

Includes advertising the flat, arranging and attending viewings, tenant checks and references, deposit management and full property management services for the maintenance of your property and any emergency attendances.

COST: 12% of total rental cost per calendar month

Includes full property management services for maintenance of your property and emergency attendances.

COST: 8% of total rental cost per calendar month
